We want you to love every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help. We are happy to replace your order, provide a store credit, or issue a refund.
Eligibility
Replacements or refunds may be issued for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory orders, including items that arrive spoiled or not as described.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
We cannot offer refunds for food that has expired or for dissatisfaction based on personal taste.
How to get a refund or replacement
Contact us at support@meiweifoods.ca with your order number, a short description of the issue, and any relevant photos (e.g., damaged product, best before date on the product packaging). We’ll review and respond within one business day.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, then we will apply a credit to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns. Please put food waste and food scraps in the green compost bin. Please recycle the chili sauce jar.
